Tucked In

Many of us can relate with the term “tucking in.”  When my children were small, in the evenings I didn’t feel complete until each of them were fully tucked in.  I personally made sure they were in bed, knowing all was well with each of them.  Stories were shared to unwind the day, the covers were tucked in around them and one last kiss before shutting the lights and leaving the room.  Then, I could deeply exhale and relax for the evening.

Over this past few years, I have been transitioning into this next phase of my life.  There has been a grace-full unwinding and releasing.  During that time, I was floating from place to place waiting to discover where I am to land. 

I am so grateful for the “net” you provided for me. It created a way for me to experience this transition in a gentle and loving way.

This blog has been a way to keep in touch with you as I travelled and to share insights that came up along the way.  I see now that in writing it, it was also allowing me to continue to experience this underlying support.

Just to let you know, my dear friends, I am tucked in and experiencing a deep exhale as I settle here in Canada – fully surrendered into this loving and caring Presence that I am (we are).

New Beginnings

We are at the end of 2012 and 2013 is just beginning.  Many of us are getting it that the shift from 12-21-12 is a time of new beginnings.  What may have been there as a deep pattern can now shift into a fresh start. 

Who knows what has occurred, in Consciousness, at this time.  The Light Network of Love was huge and could have had an effect on this shift.  We don’t know for sure.  As each one of us followed our Heart, there was indeed a Heart Community in full alignment with a win-win for all. This can be very powerful.

Someone shared recently, "This is a new world, we are walking a new road with a very different vibration."

Ramana Maharshi, above, has shared with us the pure Truth that underlies all appearance.  It is heart-warming to see this message coming about in the world around us....realizing our “experience,” here and now, is all there is and it is full and complete just as it is.  When we leave the past behind us, a shift can occur in the present that is ever-fresh.  When we allow the future to come alive in it’s own natural way, we are at peace in the present.  Being wide-open and accepting of what is arising in this present moment, as it is, and giving way to Awareness Presence is our freedom.  We realize that, "beyond and apart from experience, nothing exists."

Living As One Heart...One Love...One Life

Everything is pointing in this direction of “brotherhood” as Sri Bhagavan has seen and so beautifully stated so many years ago.  He has set the stage for this time that is now upon us, along with many other Seers of Truth. 

Those who are reading this blog are my dear friends and spiritual family.  I have been feeling how wonderful it would be if somehow we could all to be together at this very auspicious time.  I’m sure you have been guided to be at a certain place and time on 12-21-12 to celebrate.  How about all of us starting the day together in meditation?  We could begin at 6:00 am and stay in Silence until the sun fully rises, bringing in this new era as a network of Light and Love.

There is a meditation that also came up to share with you to use, if you wish.  It is what I call the Radiant Heart Meditation.

Here is how it goes…

Being the Awareness that is aware of all that is present … bring into Awareness the body-mind sitting in the chair …  allowing the Radiance of who-I-am to fill this body-mind … and to fill the room … [pause to feel this] 

Now, allowing this Radiance of who-I-am to fill my home and everyone and everything in it … [pause to feel this]

Now, allowing this Radiance of who and what I am to shine forth throughout the entire city … state … province … country … including everyone and everything it this Radiance …

Now, allowing this Radiance of Being to shine across the oceans … around the whole world … and out into the Universe … including everyone and everything it this Heart Radiance …

Simply basking in this Radiance 

… as One Heart 

      … as One Being 

                 … as One Life 

                             … as One Love

Happy Grace-filled Holidays!

A dear friend shared this with me recently.  She spoke my feelings, exactly. 

I am in Canada now, just outside of Toronto.  My sister and her family have invited me to stay with them for a while.  So here I am back in my home country.  And, even though 44 years have passed since leaving and many significant changes have occurred on the surface of things … here I am …

With the Christmas Holidays happening and a recent wedding, there has been a gathering of family and old friends.  Lots of memories, good and not so good, are passing through.  What a lovely opportunity this is - even though it can be uncomfortable and even painful at times.  I’m sure you know what I mean.

I’ll have to share with you what happened when I opened up a bank account here.  When I was giving my name and information, the bank manager asked for my birth certificate and social insurance number for Canada to fill out the paper work.  Even though I had changed my name legally over 30 years ago, in USA, it is not recognized here in Canada.  My name is still Wendy Elizabeth MacDonald …  interesting, isn’t it?  Once we have chosen completion in this lifetime and set our transformation into motion, everything is brought up into Awareness to be received, fully seen through and loved.  “Wendy” is the little girl that is here, now, lovingly being embraced in the Light of Awareness. 

Have a wonderful holiday season with your family and loved ones.  I am so grateful for our being together in this Grace-filled opportunity to lovingly embrace ALL of who I am/we are.

We'll Join As One Voice

Happy Thanksgiving!

It was lovely staying at the AHAM Center this past week.  I arrived on Sunday during the Interlude Program and as I sat in the front looking out over everyone there, and feeling everyone on the call, I was overwhelmed with the Heart Radiance and a deep feeling of gratitude for having all these beautiful beings in my life.  At the end of the program the following song came up to share.  It was written by Karen Michaels especially for the Sunday morning gatherings in the early days of AHAM.  At that time it was a vision we held in Consciousness.  Today it is how a large majority of people live, in daily life.  This is the shift in Consciousness that is happening here and now...  

May the Peace of the Heart be with Us.

May we live from It’s Space, O’ so Clear.

As we greet each new day,

Complete in all ways,

We delight in the time that’s right HERE.

May we give from our Love in abundance

And, receive from a Heart that is free.

We’ll join as One Voice,

Taking Truth as our choice,

I accept all of mankind as Me.

Today we have lifted the fear

Not in some distance place but right here.

And, if I work on me

Wherever we are at noon on December 21, 2012, let's join together "as One Voice" in meditation to assist collectively in this shift.  We will cover all timezones with the Radiance of the Heart in Peace and Love. 

When I asked Ramana, years ago, how I could every repay him for what he had given me, he answered, "By being it yourself, Love, simply by being it yourself."  

Our participation in this shift is our gift of gratitude. 

Here With My Family

Two years this November, I left on an “around the world” trip in which I landed in Palm Coast, Florida for this past ten months.  This little home was gifted to me by my family and was a perfect “cocoon” to relax in and just be for a while.  

I am presently in New England.  

First, visiting with Ted and Julie Blickwedel from Providence, Rhode Island.  It was such a significant visit for us all.

Now, I am with Elizabeth and John Reuthe in Vasselboro, Maine, which is just northeast of Portland, Maine.  

Their home is a lovely farm with two horses, Sojourner and Genuine Cool Guy, chickens, two dogs, Jethro and Zoe, a cat named Gracie and over 100 acres of woods to walk in.  We have spent some precious time together.

  

This stop in New England officially completes my around the world trip.  As I look back over what has happened during this time one thing stands out above all else – being with my family. “Family” includes my blood family as well as my spiritual family.  

While in Florida, my sister and her family visited from Canada.  

We were looking at when was the last time we spent more than just a few days together.  It had been a long time.  The feeling of comfort and familiarity was naturally present.  

Now, as I look back over all of the visits into the homes of my spiritual family during these past two years, I realized that there was a similar feeling present.  The common bond was this Heart-felt familiarity even though it may have been the first time I had ever been in their home and met their family. 

What was the source of this familiarity?  What came up was  experienced and seen directly ...

We have all been given the freedom to choose to live from the Heart as our Source or from the world – my family, I am happy to say, has chosen to live “in the world, but not of it,” and has realized how important it is to be present with what is arising to utilize it as an opportunity to receive it all just as it is, realizing that we would miss the boat if we ignored this all-inclusive responsibility.  I had the opportunity to witness this first hand.

I want to acknowledge my family for what and who you ARE and for your total dedication to being, living and sharing what's Real and True.  I am privileged to have you as my family.  This is a vision come true - a vision that was seen some thirty years ago.

Here is an excerpt from a new book “A Journey to Oneness,” by Rasha, that seems to express what is being seen here so perfectly…

You were given the power to make a difference—to the infinite degree. You were given the possibility to know yourself as the Oneness you truly are, not simply to speculate. Is the Sky Looking?

Recently, this presented itself as a very subtle shift in this process of “working on ourselves” … 

There is no one “watching feelings going by”!  Who would be doing that?  Even the witness or watcher notion is only that … a notion.  Emotional reaction triggers contraction of … what?  … For whom?  We must be very clear to see if there is some subtle belief being given to the notion of the “me” as some real presence apart from reality.  The emotions and thoughts are practically irrelevant to the issue at hand.  Let them be as they are.  Leave them as is … unaltered, unmodified, uncorrected.  Who is even present to care if emotions are present or are contracted?  What is that reference point and who is making the determination that such experiences are good or not good?  Does the sky care if a cloud goes through?  Is a contracted cloud any better than a spacious one, as far as the sky is concerned?  Even in this, there can be a subtle overlooking of the ever-present fact of what is really present.  Is the sky looking at the cloud formations to determine whether or not it (the sky) is free?

What is being noticed as something is arising in the space of our awareness?  Have we come to believe there is a “me” that is here that needs to be cleared of various patterns and tendencies.  Do we see that in this activity we are actually giving this apparent “me” life … making it real?

Are we seeing that even though these “cloud formations” may be light or heavy, it doesn’t matter to the Sky of Awareness?  Have we noticed that our giving reality to what is arising does not honor the clarity that we are always, already complete … untouched … whole and free?

Aha! … a subtle shift happens … simply being as this Sky of Awareness … naturally allowing what is arising to come up and dissipate, without any urge to do something about it … honoring who we are as what’s Real … here and now.

of Stillness, of Beingness, of Silence, of I AM.

All of Life exists now

in this always-present Presence.
This is the Essence of All That IS. 

This Space of unconditional Love
